What's your New Year Resolution?

Hey there! Hope you all had a rocking beginning for 2021. What’s the first thing that comes into your mind when you think of “New Year 2021”. New Year Party? Of course, Yes but there’s one more thing - New Year Resolution.

With New Year, if we think logically then nothing changes except for the date. And don’t you think it’s a perpetual cycle, which repeats after every 365 days. Logically it is and Logically it does. But we humans beat all the logic with emotions.

One such emotion associated with the New year is New Year Resolution. The New Year brings with itself great joys, bliss, and positivity. It gives people a reason to start afresh. It’s the perfect time to pull up your socks and initiate a few positive changes in your lives. It’s a season for New Beginnings. The charm that it brings with it gives us a reason to give a try to all the things that we were planning for so long.

You must be thinking why am I making the New Year blog post now, a fortnight after New Year. It’s because I feel. When New year hits it plays an emotional card on our willpower. We make a huge list and plan many things. But Do you think if we plan all this realistically?

Sometimes, In the heat of the moment, we plan so many things that are unrealistic and out of our scope which actually does not help us and brings our morale down instead of boosting us for the new start.

It’s not at all necessary to have a big huge list and fail in fulfilling your goals. Rather, having a short resolution list and completing it whole-heartedly matters more.

When we make a short one and complete all of it, we take in so much positive energy. It provides us peace and our confidence is on the next level. It’s the best New Year present that we can gift ourselves.

When we are unable to fulfill our goals, our self-esteem shatters. We think that we are good for nothing and it lowers our self-confidence to such a level that we don’t feel like doing anything or setting up goals and fulfilling them again. That failure shakes us to our roots.

So, why not better be prepared? I made this blogpost today because I gave myself the time of 15 days to think carefully and logically. This time was necessary to set realistic goals. The goals that I can fulfill and that boosts my confidence and contribute to my growth. Why take decisions impulsively when we have all the time in the world. And giving yourself this time is best to prioritize your future.

So, What are you thinking? Give yourself that time and Optimize carefully. You’ll achieve what you want because the date can never become a constraint to start something that builds you.

So, Build the goals that build you!!

With this, I take your leave for another fortnight. Until then think and optimize your goals carefully. Do share your goals with me in the comments down below.

Lots of Love, see you soon!!
